Orders and Shipping

How are shipping rates calculated?

Checkout calculates available services and rates from the destination, item type, packaged weight, and carrier selected.

How fast do you ship?

Orders ship within 1 business day. Delivery time after carrier handoff depends on the carrier and the service selected at checkout.

How are items packed?

Cards and graded slabs are packed according to their size, value, and shipping method. See our Shipping and Packaging Standards.

Will I receive tracking?

Cards valued at $20 or more, graded cards or magnetic-holder cards use tracked shipping. Eligible low-value raw cards under $20 may use protected economy letter mail, which may not include end-to-end tracking.

Do you ship internationally?

International availability and rates are shown at checkout. Destination-country duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply.

What do you sell?

Meltonia sells San Antonio Spurs sports-card singles, led by Victor Wembanyama and Stephon Castle, plus other Spurs players and selected other sports cards like football and baseball. Dylan Harper cards are restocked as they become available. We sell singles only, not sealed product.

Is Meltonia affiliated with the NBA or the Spurs?

No. Meltonia is an independent card shop and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NBA or the San Antonio Spurs.

Are your items authentic?

How do I know the condition of an item?

Returns and Support

Can I return an item?

All sales are final, except items damaged in transit: Meltonia offers 30-day conditional returns for items damaged in transit. Contact us with your order number before sending anything back. See our Refund Policy.
