PSA147279473 identifies 2025 Topps Chrome Radiating Rookies RR-2 Dylan Harper, GEM MT10. Its attributed front and reverse images show the matching certificate, original 2025 copyright and pre-debut reverse text. The front has fine textured foil without the repeating Superfractor spiral pattern illustrated in the original product sell sheet; neither complete side shows a serial stamp. Combined with the exact insert program definition, the pair supports the ordinary unnumbered insert classification. Grading date and physical-copy continuity remain unknown.
