Shipping and Packaging Standards

Meltonia packs collector items deliberately so customers know how their orders are protected and which shipping methods apply.

Rates, Carriers, and Tracking

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout from the item type, packaged weight, destination, and selected service. Available carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

• Low-value raw cards under $20 may be eligible for protected economy letter mail. This method may not provide end-to-end tracking.
• Cards valued at $20 or more, graded cards, and cards in magnetic holders ship as tracked parcels.
• Sneakers and larger items ship as tracked parcels using carrier-calculated rates.

Any active shipping promotion is applied automatically when its checkout conditions are met.

Orders Under $20

For eligible low-value raw-card orders, we may use a protected plain white envelope.

• The card is placed in a penny sleeve.
• It is secured in a semi-rigid holder or top loader.
• The protected card is placed inside a cellophane team bag.
• Folded paper adds structure and another protective layer.
• A thermal shipping label and a Do Not Bend sticker are added to the envelope.

Orders $20 and Up

For cards valued at $20 or more, graded cards, and magnetically sealed cards, we use a heavier-duty parcel method.

• The card is wrapped in protective material.
• A rigid layer is added where appropriate.
• The item is placed in a protective mailer or box suited to its size and value.
• The outer package is sealed and labeled for tracked shipment.

Sneakers and Larger Items

Sneakers and larger merchandise are packed in an outer shipping box or mailer appropriate to the item. The packaged weight and destination determine the carrier-calculated checkout rate.

Our Tape Policy

We avoid unnecessary tape around cards and holders. Tape is used only where needed to secure the outer packaging so the item is easier and safer to open.
